Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-08-07

Last updated: 2026-08-07

MindifyScape Technology Co., Ltd. ("MindifyScape," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, process, use, store, and protect information relating to you when you use Snapomi (the "App"), as well as the choices and rights available to you.

Please read and understand this Privacy Policy before using the App.

1. Information We Process

1.1 Photos, Images, and Camera Content

Snapomi allows you to take photos or select images from your device's photo library and turn objects in those images into digital stickers, cards, and collection items.

  • The App accesses your camera or photo library only after you grant the relevant permission.
  • Images you select or capture, along with extracted subjects, stickers, and related content, are processed to perform the editing, organizing, and collecting actions you request.
  • Snapomi's core image processing is performed locally on your device. We do not upload your photos, images, or generated collection content to MindifyScape-operated servers for the purpose of providing these core image-processing features.
  • You can revoke camera or photo access at any time through your device settings. Some features may no longer function after permission is revoked, but features that do not require that permission will remain available.

1.2 Content You Create and Local App Data

Stickers, text, collections, page layouts, editing results, and App preferences you create in Snapomi are generally stored on your device.

Depending on your device settings, some App data may be included in operating-system or cloud backups. Such backups are handled by the relevant platform provider under its own terms and privacy policy, and we do not control that provider's data practices.

1.3 Purchase and Subscription Information

If Snapomi offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or the applicable app marketplace. We do not receive your full payment card number or complete payment credentials.

To verify purchases, restore purchases, or provide paid features, we may process limited information supplied by the marketplace, such as product identifiers, transaction status, subscription status, or related transaction identifiers.

1.4 Diagnostic Information

If you choose to allow your device or app marketplace to share crash reports or diagnostics with developers, we may receive technical information relating to crashes, performance, or errors. We use this information only to troubleshoot issues, improve stability, and improve the App.

1.5 Information You Provide When Contacting Us

If you contact us by email or another support channel, we process information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address, message, and any attachments or technical information necessary to address your request. We use this information to respond, provide support, and maintain reasonable support records.

2. What We Currently Do Not Do

Unless otherwise clearly disclosed in this Policy and, where required, authorized or consented to by you, Snapomi currently:

  • does not require a Snapomi account to use its core features;
  • does not collect your contacts or precise location;
  • does not use your photos or collection content to build advertising profiles;
  • does not sell your personal information; and
  • does not use your information to track you across apps or websites for advertising purposes.

If our features or data practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and the applicable app-store privacy disclosures accordingly.

3. How We Use Information

Where applicable, we process information only as needed to:

  • provide the capture, import, subject extraction, sticker creation, editing, collecting, and organizing features you request;
  • verify purchases or subscriptions and provide the corresponding entitlements;
  • diagnose problems and improve App performance, security, and stability;
  • respond to questions, feedback, and support requests; and
  • comply with applicable law and protect the legitimate rights, safety, and interests of users, us, or others.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information.

Where necessary, we may disclose limited information to the following categories of recipients:

  • Platform and marketplace providers: such as Apple or Google, for app distribution, purchases, subscriptions, system permissions, backups, or platform services;
  • Service providers: providers that supply necessary services to us, such as infrastructure used for customer-support communications, only to the extent necessary to provide those services;
  • Legal and safety recipients: when required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a competent authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of users, the public, us, or others; and
  • Business transaction recipients: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of assets, relevant information may be transferred as part of the transaction where permitted by law and subject to appropriate safeguards.

Information independently processed by third-party platforms is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Local device content: generally remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear App data, or uninstall the App. Copies contained in system backups may remain according to your platform backup settings.
  • Support and feedback information: retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address your request, maintain appropriate support records, and satisfy legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is legally required.
  • Transaction-related information: if we retain limited transaction or entitlement records, we keep them only as long as necessary to provide purchased entitlements, resolve disputes, and comply with financial, tax, or other legal obligations.

Because Snapomi currently does not require an account for its core features, there is no separate Snapomi user account that needs to be closed. You can delete content you create using the App or remove local App data by uninstalling the App. Data contained in operating-system backups can be managed using the applicable platform's backup controls.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we actually process against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or loss. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. International Processing

If you contact us, or if a relevant platform or service provider processes limited information, that information may be processed outside your country or region. Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures to protect your information and rights.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly ask children to provide personal information that is unnecessary for Snapomi's core functionality. Where applicable law requires parental or guardian consent for the processing of a child's personal information, we comply with those requirements. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us using the details below, and we will take appropriate action as required by applicable law.

9. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on the law that applies where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to exercise other rights such as data portability.

For information stored only on your device and inaccessible to us, please use Snapomi's deletion controls or your device's system controls. For information we actually hold, you may submit a request using the contact details below.

You can also manage or revoke permissions such as camera and photo access through your device settings.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may rely on necessary functions provided by an operating system, app marketplace, or other third-party platform, or may contain links to third-party websites or services. Information independently processed by those third parties is not controlled by this Privacy Policy. Please review the privacy policies of the relevant third parties.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to App features, our data practices, applicable law, or other reasonable circumstances. We will publish the updated version in an appropriate location and update the "Last Updated" date above. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain renewed consent.
